Q: How do digital downloads work?

A: After purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link (or you can access it through your order confirmation). Download the file, save it to your device, and print at home or at a local print shop like Walgreens, Staples, or Costco Photo Center.

Q: What size should I print?

A: Most of our wall art files are 8x10 inches at 300 dpi. They also print beautifully at 5x7. When printing, select 'fit to page' or 'actual size' in your print settings for best results.

Q: Can I print more than once?

A: Yes! Once purchased, you may print the file as many times as you'd like for personal use. Files are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

Q: How long does shipping take for physical products?

A: Physical items (card decks, journals, blankets, apparel) are printed on demand and typically ship within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Digital downloads are final sale due to their instant-access nature. For physical items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a quality issue and we will make it right.

Q: Can I use these designs as gifts?

A: Absolutely! Our printables make beautiful personalized gifts. Simply download, print, and frame. Physical products ship directly to any address.
